Terms & Conditions of Sale:
– The manufacturers reserve the right to change, alter or modify the design of the products from time to time in effecting a process of continuous development and innovation.
– Goods once sold cannot be either exchanged or taken back.
– We reserve the right to accept or reject any order placed, without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
– Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless acceptance of such cancellation is agreed to by us and confirmed to customer in writing.
Despatch:
– Despatch of the products will be made within seven days from the date of receipt of full payment.
– We are not responsible for any delay in delivery of the consignment due to any factor beyond our control.
– The products will be despatched to the address mentioned in the order form. In case the products are to be despatched to any other address, the same should be specified in the order form.
Pricing:
– The total amount payable, indicated in the shopping page, after adding shipping charges, is not inclusive of local levies such as Octroi or local Customs etc.
– Local levies if any have to be borne by the customer at the time of taking delivery of the consignment.
Payment:
– Full payment in advance will have to be made as indicated on the website.
Validity:
– The prices offered are valid for only 30 days from the date of offer.
Warranty:
– Warranty is valid only within India
– All our products carry a warranty of three years from the date of invoice for any manufacturing defects arising out of faulty or defective materials or workmanship. Outsourced items such as power cord, loudspeakers, etc carry a warranty of one year from date of invoice.
– Any product found defective within the warranty period may be sent back to us freight prepaid after obtaining our approval for such return. The product will be rectified and returned freight prepaid to the customer.
– The warranty terms are void in case of any of the following:
– The product is damaged by physical abuse, improper handling, reckless use or negligence of the user;
– Any repairs or modifications are attempted on the product by unauthorised persons.
– The Warranty seal on the rear cover of the product is removed or tampered with
– The serial number of the product is deleted, defaced or altered.
– If the warranty counterfoil in the instruction manual provided along with the product, is not duly filled and returned to us within fifteen days from the date of purchase, then the warranty will be valid for a period of three years from the date of manufacture, not from the date of invoice.
Discrepancy:
– All transactions are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction only.
– Any discrepancy regarding the consignments should be intimated to us within seven days from the date of receipt of consignment.
Shipping:
– International shipping partner: Fedex.
– For shipping within India, reliable courier companies or India Speed post, depending on the location, will be used.
– Approximate time for delivery after despatch: between a week to 10 working days, depending on location.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
– Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order.
– Refunds of cancelled orders will be done within 4 to 5 working days of the cancellation.
